4月29日—30日，中蒙跨境经济合作区第三次磋商会议在北京举行。会议旨在加快推动中蒙二连浩特—扎门乌德跨境经济合作区取得实质性进展。会议由中国商 务部外资司巡视员高尚德、蒙古国工业部轻工业政策协调司司长格日勒齐木格共同主持，参加会议的还有中国商务部处长何咏前、内蒙古自治区商务厅副巡视员李春 生、二连浩特市委副书记、政府市长罗青、副市长朝格。蒙方参加会议的有蒙古国工业部自由区处处长齐木格萨娜、移民总局局长包勒德。两国相关部门代表也出席 了此次磋商会。 双方本着友好、互谅的精神和务实高效的原则圆满完成了各项议定议程，对推动中蒙跨境区建设有关工作进行了坦诚沟通与深入磋商，并取得多项共识，形成了《关于中蒙二连浩特—扎门乌德跨境经济合作区工作组第三次磋商会谈纪要》。 一是双方就《中华人民共和国商务部和蒙古国工业部关于中蒙二连浩特-扎门乌德跨境经济合作区共同总体方案》（以下简称《方案》）文本达成一致并由双方工作组组长草签了《方案》，固化了前期工作成果。 二是双方拟于5月6日在乌兰巴托即将召开的第十四次中蒙经贸科技联委会上签署《方案》 三是双方同意以《方案》为基础，编写《中华人民共和国政府和蒙古国政府关于建设二连浩特-扎门乌德跨境经济合作区的协议》（草案）（以下简称《协议》草案） 四是双方工作组就《协议》草案进行交换意见，将尽快磋商达成一致，并按照程序由两国政府签署后生效；五是双方一致同意根据需要举行工作组第四次磋商会谈。 此次会议标志着中蒙二连浩特—扎门乌德跨境经济合作区建设工作又向前迈出一步，为下一步取得实质性进展奠定了坚实基础。Continue Reading
