Cooperation agreement was concluded on establishing trans-border free zone between Mongolia and China

The XIV meeting of Mongolia-China Intergovernmental commission on economic, trade, science and technical cooperation was held on 5^th May of 2016.

During the meeting Erdenebat.D, the Minister of Industry of Mongolia and Gao Hucheng the Commerce Minister of China concluded a cooperation agreement on establishing trans-border free zone at Zamyn-Uud and Erlian port.

In his speech, Minister Erdenebat.D emphasized “Today, by signing an agreement with the Commerce Minister of China we are confirming the general plan related to matter of Zamyn-Uud-Erlian transborder free zone. Issue of Zamyn-Uud free zone has been spoken for many years. By signing the document works will intensify”.
