A 90 MW thermal power plant to supply heating to Zamiin-Uud Free Zone and Zamiin-Uud soum, 5 heat transmission centers in the free zone, and 7 heat transmission centers in Zamiin-Uud soum were built with the relevant network.
The 110/10 kV substation in Zamiin-Uud soum was expanded and a 2×16 MW substation and 16 10/04 kV distribution facilities were built in the Zamiin-Uud free zone and handed over to the state commission.
Water treatment plant with a capacity of 3200 m3 per day, a total of 4 water tanks contain 500 m3 water and a 1,600 m3 freshwater lifting station, and other relevant networks were built to supply by freshwater not only Zamiin Uud free zone and a total of 20,000 people of Zamiin Uud soum.
In the Zamiin Uud Free zone, 2 sewage treatment plants, sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 3040 m3 per day, 3 km of pressure line, 2 km of own flow sewer line, 13.6 km sewage line and 9.8 km of treated water line were handed over to the State Commission.
1174 road street lights, 51.5 km of lighting cables, 62.3 km of communication lines, 416 communication wells, 5.4 km of main streets of the free zone, 6.9 km of main streets of the district, 1.25 km of 6 lanes auto-road connects the free zone between the ports, and a total of 13.6 km road were constructed in the free zone.
