provision<\/p>\n<p>Required to build green facilities, road and fields, conduct harmless operation for environment, construct buildings and objects in compliance with modern standards on the following lands: 13.34 h\u0430 for trade and business, 8.22 h\u0430 for service and entertainment, 18.75 h\u0430 for production, 23.31 h\u0430 for warehouse and logistics.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Scope and timing of work:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cZamyn-Uud\u201d free zone<\/li>\n<li>Duration of land possession and use is 5-60 years<\/li>\n<li>Participant for project selection shall commence construction work within 90 calendar days after the signature date of agreement on land possession and\/or use;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Requirement for participants of project selection:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Capital assurance, payment capability.<\/li>\n<li>Participant shall be fully responsible for accuracy of information, capital assurance, payment capability submitted for the project selection.<\/li>\n<li>Should have qualified human, technical and technological resources.<\/li>\n<li>Participant shall fill the form with general information of the organization according to attached project form.<\/li>\n<li>Participant should study requirement of project, the Law on Free zones and other legal acts, formulate the project documents according to relevant requirements and submit to the Governor\u2019s office of \u201cZamyn-Uud\u201d free zone within the specified timing.<\/li>\n<li>For additional information or questions about the project, certificate of the Legal entity<\/li>\n<li>Form of the project \/filled\/<\/li>\n<li>Project should be developed according to standard \u041cNS ISO 21500 \u201cGuidance on project management<\/li>\n<li>Architectural drawing of a building to be built upon the project selection on land possession and\/or use<\/li>\n<li>General solution on engineering supply of a building should be determined<\/li>\n<li>The particular service should be harmless for the environment, health and safety of population<\/li>\n<li>Calculation of significance, efficiency and impact of the project to socio-economic development of Free zone and to urban, settlement areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Formulation and verification of project proposal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Project proposal should be sealed and submitted using the double envelope system.<\/li>\n<li>Participant shall submit the original and copy of project package in the envelopes by writing words \u201cORIGINAL, COPY\u2019 and contain them in to the outer envelope or parcel.<\/li>\n<li>Outer envelope should be labeled \u201cTo: Governor\u2019s office of Zamyn-Uud\u201d free zone and write \u201cDO NOT OPEN before 12:00 am, 24<sup>th<\/sup> July, 2017\u201d on it.<\/li>\n<li>Inner envelope should be labeled with name and address of organization.<\/li>\n<li>If the submission didn\u2019t comply aforementioned procedure the Governor\u2019s office of \u201cZamyn-Uud\u201d free zone will not bear any responsibility for the consequences may result.<\/li>\n<li>No delay beyond the deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Participant may return
